Do you supply the windows and doors or do I?

We do — we order from trusted Australian suppliers (aluminium and timber frames, single or double-glazed). If you've already ordered from a supplier, we can install those too.

How long does a bi-fold or sliding door installation take?

Direct replacements typically 1-2 days. New openings or larger reconfigurations 3-5 days including structural lintel work. We'll confirm in the quote.

Can you install double-glazing in an older home?

Yes. We commonly retrofit double-glazed units into existing openings to improve thermal performance and reduce noise — especially useful near main roads or train lines.

Do you handle security doors and flyscreens too?

Yes — stainless steel mesh security doors, hinged and sliding screens, retractable flyscreens. All compliant with Australian standards.

What about BASIX or council compliance?

For renovations and extensions, we install windows and doors that meet your BASIX and energy-efficiency requirements. We'll confirm spec before ordering.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes — manufacturer warranty on the units (typically 7-15 years on frames and glazing) plus our workmanship guarantee on installation.

We confirm sizes, glazing type, hardware, colours and BASIX requirements, then order from trusted Australian suppliers.

Install & Seal

Removal of existing units, install, flashing, weather-sealing and architrave finishing. Most jobs done in 1-3 days.

Test & Handover

We test operation, locking, weather-seal, screens, then hand over with care guide and workmanship warranty.

What window and door brands do you install?

We install all major Australian brands — Stegbar, Trend, AWS, Wideline, Capral, Bradnam's and Vantage. Aluminium, timber, double-glazed, security doors and screens. Custom sizes available through our supplier network.

Do I need a council DA to replace windows or doors?

Like-for-like replacements are usually exempt development. Larger structural openings (e.g. cutting a new bi-fold opening through a load-bearing wall) may need a Complying Development Certificate or DA — we manage the engineering, certifier and council paperwork on your behalf.

How long does a window or door install take?

Single window: half a day. Bi-fold or stacker door: 1–2 days. Whole-house re-glaze: usually 4–7 working days, sequenced room-by-room so the house stays liveable.

Can you supply double-glazed for an old Sydney terrace?

Yes — we install double-glazed timber and aluminium sashes that match heritage-style profiles, suitable for Council-controlled conservation areas in places like Paddington, Surry Hills and Glebe.

Do you handle security screens and grilles?

Yes — Crimsafe, Invisi-Gard and standard aluminium security doors and window screens. We can install as a standalone job or alongside a window/door upgrade.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — NSW Builder's Licence 393831C, full public liability and workers compensation insurance.
